How to use

Stir the contents of one sachet into approx. 200 ml of cold water using a whisk or shake well in a mixing cup for approx. 15-20 seconds until the powder is completely dissolved. The OPTIFAST® cream should be consumed immediately after preparation.

Dosage:

• Replacing all meals with OPTIFAST® products (exclusive diet with OPTIFAST® - 4 sachets per day) contributes to effective weight loss and must not be used for longer than 3 weeks without medical advice.
• Replacing 2 meals with OPTIFAST® products helps to lose weight.
• Replacing one meal with OPTIFAST® products helps to stabilise weight.

Milk protein, skimmed milk powder, vegetable oils containing milk protein (rapeseed, sunflower), modified starch, dietary fibre (gum arabic, fructo-oligosaccharides, inulin), maltodextrin, minerals (potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, sodium chloride, ferrous sulphate, zinc sulphate, copper gluconate, manganese sulphate, sodium fluoride, sodium selenite, chromium chloride, sodium molybdate, potassium iodide), fish oil (contains soya lecithin, milk protein), flavouring, vitamins (niacin, E, pantothenic acid, C, B6, thiamine, riboflavin, A, folic acid, K, biotin, D, B12), thickener (carrageenan), sweetener (aspartame, acesulfame K), colouring (curcumin). Contains a source of phenylalanine.
