How to use
- OMNi-POWER® PROTEIN PLUS unfolds its full effect as part of a varied, balanced diet. Ideally after exercise. The quantity depends on the individual energy requirement and the intensity of the exercise. The product is suitable for a vegetarian and vegan diet.
- Preparation: Add 30 g (=1 measuring spoon) of OMNi-POWER® PROTEIN PLUS to 300 ml of water per serving. One portion contains 23 g protein.
