GLOBALIS Organic Noni Direct Juice is a premium juice made from wild-growing, sun-ripened noni fruit (Morinda citrifolia) from the Fiji Islands.

This is pure, fully flavoured direct juice, without re-dilution from concentrate, with a high Brix value*. It is produced without preservatives in accordance with food regulations.

Production

Our organic noni natural fruit juice is made from sun-ripened, wild-growing fruit from the Fiji Islands, which is picked by hand and processed directly on site, fresh from the harvest. The freshly harvested noni fruits are fermented for 6 weeks using a traditional process, after which they are professionally pressed directly on site.

In order to protect the juice from possible germs that may arise during fermentation, the juice is then heated to approx. 85 degrees for approx. 3 seconds (so-called flash pasteurisation) and filled into our bottles on site. This is a decisive quality criterion. If a juice is heated on site and then only filled into large containers, it must be heated again after it arrives at its destination before it can be filled into bottles, according to legal requirements. This double pasteurisation reduces some of the valuable ingredients. Globalis organic noni juice is a natural product in raw food quality, i.e. variations in appearance, colour and taste are natural and a sign of the high quality of our juice.

Directions for use

• Please shake the bottle well before drinking so that you can ingest the fruit sediment that collects at the bottom. The colour and appearance of the juice may vary slightly due to these suspended particles or sediments.
• You can drink our BIO Noni direct juice undiluted (recommended approx. 60 ml. per day) or mixed with juice, tea, yoghurt etc., depending on your personal taste.
• Advice: Once opened, the juice should be used within two months. The opened bottle should be stored in the refrigerator and tightly closed. Noni juice, like other direct juices, can have a laxative effect in large quantities.
