GLOBALIS Organic Noni Pure Juice is a premium juice made from wild, sun-ripened noni fruit (Morinda citrifolia) from the Fiji Islands.

It is a pure, fully aromatic fresh-pressed juice, not diluted from concentrate, with a high Brix value*. In accordance with food regulations, it is produced without preservatives.

Production

Our organic noni natural fruit juice is made from sun-ripened, wild-growing fruits from the Fiji Islands, which are hand-picked and processed on site immediately after harvesting whilst still fresh. The freshly harvested noni fruits are fermented for 6 weeks using a traditional method; they are then professionally pressed on site.

To protect the juice from any bacteria that may have developed during fermentation, it is then heated to approximately 85 degrees for around 3 seconds (a process known as flash pasteurisation) and bottled on site. This is a crucial quality criterion. This is because if a juice is heated locally and then simply transferred into large containers, it must – in accordance with legal requirements – be heated again upon arrival at its destination before it can be bottled. This double pasteurisation reduces some of the valuable nutrients. Globalis Organic Noni Juice is a natural product of raw food quality; this means that variations in appearance, colour and taste are natural and a sign of the high quality of our juice.

Directions for use

• Please shake the bottle well before drinking so that you can consume the fruit sediment that collects at the bottom. The colour and appearance of the juice may vary slightly, which is due to these suspended particles or sediment. 
• You can drink our organic noni juice undiluted (recommended: approx. 60 ml per day) or – depending on your personal taste – mixed with other juices, tea, yoghurt, etc.
• Notes: Once opened, the juice should be consumed within two months. The opened bottle should be stored in the fridge and kept tightly sealed. Like other pure juices, noni juice can have a laxative effect if consumed in large quantities.
