Who is OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair suitable for?
- You can cope well with stressful challenges in everyday life for a while, and if you master them, you also have the good feeling of having achieved something. However, if you are unable to relax for a long time, this can affect your entire organism.
- OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair: Stress? For whom is OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair suitable? For a while, you can cope well with stressful challenges in everyday life, and if you master them, you also get the good feeling of having achieved something. However, if you are unable to relax for a long time, this can affect your entire organism. Our intestinal microbiome is particularly "stress-prone" and its composition can be altered or decimated by stress. However, a large variety of bacteria is of central importance, as different strains also perform different tasks in the gut - such as the release and production of important hormones (e.g. the active precursor of our happiness hormone serotonin and the sleep hormone melatonin). These hormones not only influence mood and sleep, but also the communication between the gut and brain, the so-called gut-brain axis.
- It is therefore very important to supplement the diversity of bacteria during periods of stress. OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair combines 9 scientifically proven bacterial strains that have been used in numerous studies on the gut-brain axis.
How does OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair work?
- OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair supplements the gut microbiome with 9 strains of bacteria that occur naturally in the human gut.
- The viability and reproductive capacity of the specially harmonised bacteria is guaranteed until the best-before date.

Directions for use
- Stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair (= 3 g) into approx. 1/8 litre of water 1-2 times a day, wait at least 1 minute for activation, stir again and then drink. It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach.
- If you take OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair twice a day, it is recommended to take it before breakfast and before dinner.
- If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolise all the fructooligosaccharides. This means that no fructose enters the intestine.
