Nutilis Powder is a ready-to-use instant thickener for the unadulterated flavour of food and drinks for easier and safer swallowing in cases of dysphagia.

Nutilis Powder makes swallowing particularly safe because it contains vegetable fibres that provide so-called amylase-resistant properties. This means that your thickened food retains its consistency even when it comes into contact with saliva, making it easier to swallow. Nutilis Powder is gluten- and lactose-free and complies with the requirements of the European Regulation on Speciality Foods and, in Switzerland, the Regulation on Foods for Persons with Special Dietary Requirements, as well as the still partially valid German Dietary Ordinance (DiätV).

How to use

• With the help of Nutilis, liquids can achieve different consistencies (syrup, cream, pudding). The amount of powder required depends on the type of liquid to be thickened (e.g. tea, juice, drinkable food or pureed food).
• Foods and drinks thickened with Nutilis Powder can be cooled, frozen and reheated.
• Notes: Nutilis Powder is not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Not suitable for patients who require a fibre-free diet.
• Important information: Food for special medical purposes (balanced diet). For dietary management in patients with a lack of or limited capacity for adequate normal nutrition or with disease-related malnutrition. Only use under medical supervision.
