Depending on size and breed, noticeable ageing processes begin in dogs between the ages of 7 and 10. The musculoskeletal system is almost always affected - visible through stiffness when looking up or a creeping discomfort when climbing stairs. The general metabolism also slows down and the animals become sluggish and less alert.

From a certain age, it is also advisable to provide the best possible support for various systems in the dog's organism: Joints, heart, liver, nerves.

Geridex® provides nutrients for several areas that are important for old dogs and provides support for problems of the entire musculoskeletal system that go beyond normal age-related complaints: Glycosaminoglycans and organic sulphur for joint metabolism - combined with a variety of plants, extracts and micronutrients tailored to support the organism and metabolism of old dogs, such as eternal youth herb, cleft basket, devil's claw, willow bark and frankincense, among others, as well as vitamins, trace elements and methionine to support the dog's general well-being and promote activity.

Ingredients
  • Composition: skimmed milk powder, poultry protein (partially hydrolysed), glucosamine sulphate (2 KCl) 11.4 %, methylsulphonylmethane (MSM) 7.6 %, products from the processing of plants: Split basket berries (Schisandra chinensis) 2.1 %, taiga root (Eleutherococcus senticosus), willow bark (Salix alba) 1.83 %, hawthorn berries (Crataegus oxyacantha) 1.2 %, turmeric (Curcuma longa), cat's claw (Uncaria tormentosa), eternal youth herb (Gymnostemma pentaphyllum) 0.88 %, cayenne pepper (Capsicum annuum), ginseng (Panax ginseng), artichoke (Cynara scolymus); Egg products (dried), chondroitin sulphate 0.92 %, rice, potato starch, yeast, dried chlorella algae meal (Chlorella vulgaris).
  • Additives per kg: DL-methionine 39,250 mg, L-carnitine 35 mg, vitamin B1 58.30 mg, vitamin B6 56.8 mg, vitamin E 3,500 mg, vitamin C 3,500 mg, manganese (manganese sulphate monohydrate) 101 mg, zinc (zinc oxide) 2,000 mg, devil's claw extract 20,100 mg, wintergreen oil 900 mg, frankincense extract 400 mg, vanilla extract 12 mg, vanillin 1,250 mg.
