Pregnancy is one of the most demanding periods in a woman's life. During this time, the need for certain nutrients increases by as much as 50-100%, which is why an adequate supply of nutrients is essential. Experts recommend a balanced and varied diet and the addition of important nutrients: Folic acid, iron and omega-3 fatty acids.

Novalac® Prenatal Capsules are a new generation product that helps women of childbearing age to fulfil their increased nutritional requirements. They have been designed and developed in co-operation with experts and in accordance with current health guidelines and nutritional recommendations.

Novalac® Prenatal Capsules contain activated folic acid (Quatrefolic®), highly absorbable iron Lipofer® and DHA omega-3 long-chain fatty acids in just one capsule.

How to use

It is recommended to start taking Novalac® Prenatal capsules during pregnancy planning (at least 3 months before conception) and to continue taking them during pregnancy and until the end of the breastfeeding period.
The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule per day. Take the capsule whole with a glass of water during a meal.

Notes

The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of the reach of children!
