Discover the skin-coloured Nobadur® short-stretch bandage for strong and long-lasting compression. Ideal as a support and relief bandage for venous disorders, oedema or after operations. Air-permeable and comfortable to wear for optimum therapeutic results.
The brown ultra short-stretch bandage is 6 cm wide and 5 m long when stretched, with an elasticity of approx. 38%. Due to its low elasticity, it can be used to apply a compression bandage for the treatment of phlebological or lymphological disorders of the legs and arms. The bandage can be used for venous compression (according to Pütter) or is just as suitable for thrombosis prophylaxis as it is for post-operative therapy (e.g. varicose vein sclerotherapy, vein stripping). In the case of chronic wounds due to venous insufficiency (e.g. leg ulcers), a compression bandage applied over the wound dressing supports venous return and thus wound healing.
In sports medicine and traumatology, the bandage is used to support and relieve sprains and contusions. The rolled-up bandage is intended for single use and is individually packaged.
