Non-sterile packaged 8-ply gauze compress made of 17-thread gauze, size 10 cm x 10 cm, 100 pieces each, with cut edges folded inwards. The gauze dressing is used for the general initial treatment of wounds, for wound cleansing, wound covering and for absorbing blood and body fluids. The gauze dressing is intended for single use.
The non-sterile gauze dressing with a folded cut edge is made from gauze in accordance with the specifications of EN 14079 type 17: EN 14079 type 17 and are packed in a sterilisable paper bag. The compresses must be sterilised using a validated procedure before being used on open wounds.

Directions for use
Instructions: The product should be sterilised using a validated procedure before use on open wounds. The product can be sterilised with moist heat at 121°C/ 134°C, 2 to 3 bar, according to DIN EN 17665, radiation according to DIN EN ISO 11137 or ethylene oxide according to DIN EN ISO 11135.
