NimmNem Yams Extract Capsules are a food supplement containing 640 mg yams extract, including 128 mg diosgenin per capsule.

The yam root is a popular food in many southern countries. It contains many different steroidal saponins, the best known of which is diosgenin, which is particularly important for women's health because of its oestrogen-like properties. Yams can have a particularly supportive effect on "women's problems" and women of advanced age. Men with particularly high testosterone levels can also benefit from the positive properties of yam, as it helps to normalise the hormone balance.

How to use

We recommend taking two capsules a day. It is best to take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening with sufficient liquid. The ideal amount of liquid to take may vary from person to person. In any case, we recommend a large glass (250ml) of water.
Advice: Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding.
