Directions for use
- We recommend taking four capsules daily. Take two capsules in the morning and two in the evening with sufficient liquid. The ideal amount of liquid to take may vary from person to person. In any case, we recommend a large glass (250ml) of water. It is best taken with a meal.
- Note: Not suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers, children and adolescents. Not suitable for people with galactosaemia.
