Dogs are naturally active animals and their musculoskeletal system is put under considerable strain and has to withstand a great deal. Unfortunately, bone and joint disorders are common diagnoses in veterinary practices. There are many reasons for this: some breeds are more prone to such conditions, whilst others are at increased risk due to genetic factors or excessive strain on the joints caused by sporting activities. It is therefore extremely important, when problems arise, to provide the dog’s body with the best possible support so that it can regenerate. Much like in humans, the surrounding muscle tissue can be strengthened through physiotherapy. Alongside therapy or treatment, supplementation with joint-supporting nutrients is essential.

COXAN Dog® ‘ak’ is a unique blend of nutrients, precisely tailored to the needs of a dog’s musculoskeletal system, which requires specialised care in serious cases. COXAN Dog® 'ak' is intended for use to support dogs suffering from conditions and impairments affecting bones, cartilage, joints and tendons. Frankincense and omega-3 fatty acids have anti-inflammatory properties, whilst hydrolysed collagen is a natural component of cartilage. Metabolism in the bones and joints is stimulated during illness and following trauma, accidents or operations, in order to achieve maximum regeneration. Following the intensive course of treatment with COXAN Dog® 'ak', the dog’s daily nutritional requirements for its joints can be met through the long-term administration of COXAN Dog® ‘Pre- and Post-Care’.

Joint-supporting nutrients: omega-3 fatty acids, glucosamine from green-lipped mussel powder, chondroitin sulphate, frankincense and methylsulfonylmethane.

Dog’s weight – approx. 10 kg: 1/2 – 1 level measuring spoon
Dog’s weight – approx. 25 kg: 1 – 1½ level measuring spoons

Notes: When feeding, ensure the animal has sufficient access to water. Recommendation: feed the entire contents of the tin. Shake the tin well before use and seal tightly after use.

Willow bark (Salix alba), fish cartilage powder, frankincense, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), green-lipped mussel powder, hawthorn leaves (ground), devil’s claw, dried algae (Schizochytrium spp., Spirulina), ginkgo leaves (Ginkgo biloba), wheat germ powder (enriched with natural 8 vitamins), acerola.
