This can lead to a deficiency even with a balanced diet. However, some illnesses, especially chronic ones, also increase the need for minerals. Adults: 1-2 tablets 3 times daily with plenty of liquid at mealtimes

Ingredients: Potassium chloride; calcium hydrogen phosphate; magnesium hydrogen phosphate trihydrate; calcium carbonate; sucrose; magnesium oxide; bulking agent: cellulose E 460; glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose E 464, microcrystalline cellulose E 460, stearic acid E 570; disintegrants: Sodium carboxymethylcellulose E 466; anti-caking agent: magnesium salt of stearic acid E 470b, silicon dioxide E 551; stabiliser: polyvinylpyrrolidone E 1201; ferrous sulphate; bulking agent: talc E 553b; manganese chloride dihydrate; zinc oxide; copper sulphate pentahydrate.
Composition per daily dose (1 tablet): Potassium: 102.3 mg (2.62 mmol), calcium: 53 mg (1.38 mmol), phosphorus: 37 mg (1.18 mmol), magnesium: 26.2 mg (1.08 mmol), iron: 0.7 mg, zinc: 0.8 mg, manganese: 0.3 mg.
