PREPARATION & USE:

Pour 1 litre of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of alkaline tea, cover and leave to infuse for 3 to max. 5 minutes, then strain. Drink warm and unsweetened by the cup throughout the day. Daily amount to drink: 0.5 to 1.5 litres. The tea can and should be drunk regularly. In addition to drinking tea, make sure you drink enough fluids in the form of non-carbonated water.

Drink the tea as soon as possible after brewing. This is when it has the best effect of neutralising and eliminating waste products. Keep the rest that you don't need immediately warm in a thermos flask.
