Arkorelax® Restful Sleep works according to the principles of chronobiology and, thanks to an innovative two-layer tablet, ensures that melatonin and plant-based ingredients are released quickly and over a longer period:

The first quick-release layer contains 1 mg^{of melatonin¹}, which helps you fall asleep more quickly. Passion flower and valerian promote relaxation.

The second layer gradually releases 0.9 mg of melatonin, vitamin B6 and California^poppy². This plant helps to limit night-time awakenings and aids you in achieving a restful and good night’s sleep.

Arkorelax® Restful Sleep causes neither dependence nor drowsiness. The synergy between melatonin and the chrono-release herbs enables you to enjoy a restful sleep and guarantees you’ll wake up feeling refreshed.

Directions for use

Take 1 tablet per day, 1 hour before going to bed, with a large glass of water. Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. This effect is achieved by taking 1 mg before going to bed.
Notes: Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you are undergoing medical treatment (antidepressants, sleeping tablets or other sedatives), consult your doctor before taking this food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Bulking agent: cellulose - Eschscholtzia extract (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) - Valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis L.) - Passion flower extract (Passiflora Incarnata L.) – Anti-caking agent: Fatty acids – Maltodextrin – Anti-caking agent: Talc – Spirulina concentrate – Rice starch – Coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose - anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids - cross-linked carboxymethylcellulose - Melatonin - Coating agent: ethylcellulose - Vitamin B6 - Coating agent: carnauba wax. The odour of the tablet is due to the high concentration of valerian.
