Arkorelax® Restful Sleep: a complete solution for good sleep!

Without addiction and without drowsiness on waking, Arkorelax® Restful Sleep allows you to get back to a good night's sleep. It releases both melatonin and plant substances:

immediately to help you fall asleep, and throughout the night to reduce nighttime awakenings.

Arkorelax® Restful Sleep works according to the principles of chronobiology and, thanks to an innovative two-layer tablet, ensures that melatonin and phytonutrients are released quickly and for longer:

The 1st quick-release layer contains 1 mg ^melatonin1, which favours falling asleep faster. Passion flower and valerian promote relaxation.

The 2nd layer gradually releases 0.9 mg melatonin, vitamin B6 and California ^poppy2. This plant helps to limit night-time awakenings and helps you to get a good night's sleep.

Arkorelax® Restful Sleep does not cause addiction or drowsiness. The complementarity of melatonin and chrono-release plants allows you to sleep restfully and wake up in top form.

How to use

Take 1 tablet per day 1 hour before going to bed with a large glass of water. Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. This effect is achieved by taking 1 mg before going to bed.
Advice: Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you are under medical treatment (antidepressants, sleeping pills or other sedatives), consult your doctor before taking this food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Ingredients: Bulking agent: cellulose - eschscholtzia extract (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) - valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis L.) - passion flower extract (Passiflora incarnata L.) - anti-caking agent: edible fats.) - anti-caking agent: fatty acids - maltodextrin - anti-caking agent: talc - spirulina concentrate - rice starch - coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose - anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids - cross-linked carboxymethylcellulose - melatonin - coating agent: ethylcellulose - vitamin B6 - coating agent: carnauba wax. The odour of the tablet is due to the high concentration of valerian.
