Directions for use

• Stir 40 g of resource® instant multigrain porridge fruit into 200 ml of cold or warm milk per portion.
• Recommended daily intake: 1 to 2 portions of 40 g per day.
• To prepare one portion, slowly sprinkle 40 g of resource® instant multigrain porridge fruit into 200 ml of cold or warm milk. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved. If desired, the powder (40 g) can also be mixed with clear fruit juices (non-carbonated). For preparation as a drink, increase the amount of liquid per amount of powder accordingly. Preparing with juice and increasing the amount of liquid changes the nutritional values. To prepare several portions at the same time, we recommend using a whisk or hand mixer (e.g. for 13 portions: mix 1 sachet of powder of 520 g with 2.6 litres of liquid).
