Nachtruh Intens Immun 3-Phase Tablets are a dietary supplement containing an innovative combination of nutrients comprising 1.9 mg of melatonin, ashwagandha, valerian, vitamins C and D, and the trace elements zinc and selenium.

A good night’s sleep is restorative and vital for our health. To tackle everyday life feeling refreshed and well-rested, relaxation and a peaceful night’s sleep are essential. Adequate sleep is also essential for our immune system. The immune system works most effectively whilst we are resting, as it can then focus entirely on defending the body against pathogens. Many people do not always sleep as undisturbed as they would like. Excitement, the hustle and bustle of everyday life, stress, tension and racing thoughts are often triggers for sleep problems. However, sleep problems vary greatly from person to person.

Some people find it difficult to fall asleep, whilst others experience light, restless and non-restorative sleep. A large proportion of those affected wake up frequently during the night because they simply cannot settle.

Often, it is a combination of all these factors. The result: the next morning, you feel tired, stressed and worn out. If the problems persist, the lack of sleep can have a negative long-term effect on the immune system and increase susceptibility to illness.

To promote restful sleep and specifically strengthen the immune system, we have developed ‘Nachtruh intens immun’ with its special 3-phase tablet and a combination of plant extracts, 1.9 mg of melatonin and various vitamins and minerals. No habituation effect!

3 phases

The special formulation ensures a threefold effect throughout the night, with the active ingredients being released over a period of up to 8 hours:

The special tablet dissolves in three phases over time:

Immediate-release phase: The immediate-release phase, containing melatonin and ashwagandha, dissolves quickly.
Depot phase: The depot phase, containing melatonin and valerian extract, dissolves slowly, in a controlled and delayed manner, over up to 8 hours.
Chrono phase: The chrono phase, containing vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc and selenium, dissolves continuously.

^{1 Melatonin}helps to reduce the time taken to fall asleep. The beneficial effect of melatonin is achieved when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before going to bed. Ashwagandha helps you fall asleep. ² Valerian helps you stay asleep throughout the night. ³Vitamins C and D, zinc and selenium contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.

Directions for use

Take 1 tablet daily, 30 minutes before going to bed, with a little liquid, without chewing.
Notes: You should avoid taking any other dietary supplements containing zinc and selenium. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for children and adolescents. Your ability to drive may be impaired after taking this product.
