What is collagen?

Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body and the most important fibrous component of skin, bones, muscles, tendons and cartilage. You can think of it as a scaffold that gives our body’s cells strength and structure. In skin and connective tissue cells in particular, collagen provides resilience, elasticity and firmness.

However, our bodies only produce collagen naturally up to the age of 25. After that, the body’s own collagen levels decline steadily. 1–2 effervescent tablets daily. Dissolve the effervescent tablets in a glass of water and drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
