NICApur mediBalance® PPI capsules are a dietary supplement with selected vitamins and minerals to support the intake of proton pump inhibitors (PPIs).

Proton pump inhibitors are used to reduce the production of stomach acid. Due to the associated pH shift, this can affect the electrolyte balance and micronutrient status. Vitamin B12, vitamin C and D as well as folic acid and magnesium are particularly affected. mediBalance® PPI was developed by our experts with regard to an increased need for these nutrients.

Properties

• With the mineral magnesium to maintain the electrolyte balance and for the normal function of muscles and nerves. Magnesium plays a role in the functioning of the psyche
• Vitamins B12, B6, folic acid and vitamin C as well as the mineral iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
• With vitamin D to maintain the functions of the immune system

Directions

• Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid with a meal.
• Information on vitamin B12: For risk groups with gastrointestinal diseases, diabetics, people over 60 or vegetarians, separate monitoring of vitamin B12 levels is recommended when using PPI. Additional therapy is necessary for vitamin B12 deficiency.
