Midro tea is an effective and gentle laxative that has been used for thousands of years in harmony with nature. Midro helps with stubborn cases of constipation without burdening the body. Its effectiveness and safety have been well researched in scientific studies.
Midro tea contains finely chopped senna leaves for a laxative effect, and peppermint, caraway, liquorice root and mallow are added for flavour.

Use
The laxative effect of senna leaves sets in about 8-12 hours after ingestion. It is therefore ideal to take Midro Tea in the evening before going to bed.

For short-term use in constipation. If constipation persists for longer than a week, consult a doctor. Midro Tea is prepared in such a way that one measuring spoon contains the maximum amount of active ingredient required. In many cases, however, less is sufficient. Take just enough Midro Tea to ensure that you have a soft but still formed stool. You should not take more than one scoop per day. If you suffer from constipation for a long time, you should consult a doctor.
