- Black cumin seed oil: Natural black cumin seed oil contains linoleic acid, which is an essential nutrient that must be supplied with food. The significant anti-inflammatory dihomogammalinoleic acid is synthesised in the body from linoleic acid via the intermediate stage γ-linoleic acid (GLA).

How to use
- Take 4 to 6 capsules daily before meals with plenty of water, depending on body weight.
- Note: Due to a lack of studies, it is not suitable for pregnant women.
