Melmona Endo Caps Duo capsules are a dietary supplement with a special combination of nutrients to relieve recurring menstrual pain in women in a natural way.

Period pains are very stressful for many women and girls. For around ten per cent of all those affected, the symptoms are so severe that they can barely cope with their everyday life for a few days.

Diet also plays an important role in menstrual cramps. An unbalanced diet with predominantly animal-based foods, as well as a lack of vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids can exacerbate the typical pain during the period.

In collaboration with a gynaecologist specialising in endometriosis, a special combination of nutrients has been developed to help women alleviate these recurring symptoms during their periods in a completely natural way.

All the ingredients in ENDO CAPS DUO were selected on the basis of studies and are contained in two different capsules:

  • ENDO CAPS 1: Antioxidant complex of plant extracts, vitamins and minerals
  • ENDO CAPS 2: EPA-rich omega-3 concentrate

Directions
Take one capsule each of ENDO CAPS 1 and 2 twice daily (morning and evening) with plenty of liquid with or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Ingredients
  • Ingredients ENDO CAPS 1: magnesium citrate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), trans-resveratrol (Polygonum Cuspidatum), white tea leaf extract, quercetin (Sophora Japonica), R-alpha-lipoic acid, N-acetyl-L-cysteine, curcuma extract, zinc gluconate, d-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), pineapple extract, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).
  • Ingredients ENDO CAPS 2: Omega-3 fish oil concentrate, shell: gelatine (bovine), glycerine E422, water.
  • Composition ENDO CAPS 1 - per daily dose (2 capsules) %NRV*: Trans-resveratrol (from Polygonum cuspidatum) ** 150 mg, white tea extract 120 mg corresponding to polyphenols 108 mg, quercetin (from Sophora Japonica) 100 mg, R-alpha lipoic acid 100 mg, L-cysteine 74.2 mg, curcuminoids 70 mg, pineapple extract 20 mg, magnesium 40.5 mg 11%, zinc 5 mg 50%, vitamin E 10 mg 80%, vitamin D3, vegetable 6 µg 120%.
  • Composition ENDO CAPS 2 - per daily dose (2 capsules): Highly concentrated fish oil 2000 mg containing: Totalomega-3 fatty acids : 1660 mg of which EPA 1000 mg of which DHA 500 mg. *Reference intake according to EU-LMIV **Nutritional supplements containing trans-resveratrol should only be consumed under medical supervision when taking medication at the same time.
