Dosage form
Directions for use
- Stir 34 g of powder (= 4 measuring spoons) into 1 litre of water or 8.5 g of powder (= 1 measuring spoon) into 250 ml of water. A measuring spoon is included.
- Take MELASAN® Sports Drink Magnesium + Potassium up to 30 minutes before exercise.
- Drink up to 1 litre per hour of MELASAN® Sports Drink Magnesium + Potassium during exercise.
