SALZCAPS+ contain a high proportion of immediately available sodium, as well as potassium, magnesium, calcium and zinc. The formulation has already proven itself in practice under the toughest competition conditions and proved to be the best tolerated form of salt intake in our tests.

Sodium plays a central role in the regulation of the body's water balance and in neuromuscular coordination. Heavy fluid loss through sweating (but also through diarrhoea) results in mineral losses. In particular, falling sodium concentrations in the muscle quickly lead to the dreaded muscle cramps.

How to use

In the case of exertion over 3 hours and in the heat: swallow 1 capsule every 60 minutes after the start with sufficient liquid.

Ingredients

Ingredients: sodium chloride, potassium chloride, bovine gelatine (capsule shell), calcium citrate, magnesium citrate, zinc citrate.
Composition per daily dose (6 capsules) %NRV*: sodium 1200 mg, potassium 330 mg 16, calcium 120 mg 15, magnesium 66 mg 17, zinc 12 mg 120. *NRV - reference quantity according to EU Regulation No. 1169/2011.
Nutritional values per daily dose (6 capsules): calorific value 4.9kcal 20.3kJ, fat 0 g - of which saturated fatty acids 0 g, carbohydrates 0 g - of which sugar 0 g, protein 0.6 g, salt 3 g.
