Take 6 capsules daily with sufficient liquid (water). The capsules can be opened by carefully pulling the capsule halves apart. People who cannot swallow capsules can pour the contents onto a teaspoon and take with sufficient water or pour the contents into a sealable container (e.g. screw-top jar) with water, shake well and then drink immediately.
