Directions
- Consume the contents of one stick directly once a day. Place the direct granules directly on the tongue. It dissolves in seconds and can be swallowed without liquid.
- Notes: May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess or by sensitive persons. The product is not suitable for children. Persons taking anticoagulant medication should seek medical advice before consuming food supplements containing vitamin K.
- Note for diabetics: 1 direct stick contains 0.1 BE.

- Ingredients: Sweetener: sorbitol, magnesium citrate (24%), magnesium oxide (22%), anti-caking agent: calcium salts of fatty acids, flavouring, menaquinone (K2), cholecalciferol (D3).
- Nutrients per stick amount % NRV: magnesium 300 mg 80 %, vitamin K2 75 µg 100 %, vitamin D3 50 µg (2000 I.U.) 1000 %. NRV = reference value for daily nutrient intake according to EU regulation.
