METANORM® STRESS BALANCE capsules are a dietary supplement containing a special blend of micronutrients, including PTD-serine and ashwagandha root extract. For stress resilience, mental strength and recovery.
The combination of lecithin, choline, B vitamins, the adaptogenic ashwagandha and phosphatidylserine promotes greater resilience and improved stress tolerance in everyday life, whilst regulating the production of stress hormones such as cortisol.

PTD-serine (phosphatidylserine) helps manage stress by regulating the production of stress hormones such as adrenaline, noradrenaline and cortisol. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and biotin, as well as lecithin, support normal nerve function.
- Mental strength: Vitamin B5, zinc and lecithin support mental and cognitive performance. Vitamins B1, B3, B5, B6, biotin, folic acid and B12 support mental well-being.
- Recovery: Vitamins B2, B3, B6, folic acid and B12 help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, biotin and B12, as well as manganese and taurine, support energy metabolism. Ashwagandha promotes relaxation.
