The combination of lecithin, choline, B vitamins, the adaptogenic ashwagandha and phosphatidylserine promotes greater resilience and improved stress tolerance in everyday life, whilst regulating the production of stress hormones such as cortisol.

Essential nutrients for your inner calm

As soon as our body is placed in a stressful situation, it reacts by releasing stress hormones such as adrenaline, noradrenaline and cortisol. This causes blood sugar levels and blood pressure to rise, the pulse to quicken, the muscles to tense up and the bronchial tubes to dilate. All of this serves a single purpose: to quickly provide the body with energy for a potential flight response. In the Stone Age, this reaction was vital for survival – for example, when encountering a sabre-toothed tiger. Today, however, we rarely actually have to flee. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and biotin, as well as lecithin, support normal nerve function.
Mental strength: Vitamin B5, zinc and lecithin support mental and cognitive performance. Vitamins B1, B3, B5, B6, biotin, folic acid and B12 support mental well-being.
Recovery: Vitamins B2, B3, B6, folic acid and B12 help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, biotin and B12, as well as manganese and taurine, support energy metabolism. Ashwagandha promotes relaxation.
