How to use

The hard capsule is taken whole with a little liquid after a meal. Adults take 1 capsule 2 times a day. It is recommended to take the capsules over a longer period of time.

• Ingredients: Choline bitartrate; capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; grape seed extract; dandelion root extract; milk thistle fruit extract; wasabi root extract (mustard); artichoke leaf extract; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose.
  
• Ingredients per daily dose (= 2 capsules): Milk thistle fruit extract (175 mg; of which silymarin 140 mg), artichoke plant extract (100 mg; of which cynarin 10 mg), wasabi root extract (166 mg; of which mustard oil glycosides 2 mg), dandelion root extract (200 mg; of which flavonoids 4 mg), grape seed extract (200 mg; of which polyphenols 190 mg; of which OPC 60 mg), choline (166 mg).
