- A balanced acid-base balance plays a major role in our body and our well-being. Unhealthy eating habits with too many acid-forming foods such as meat, salt or sugar can affect the natural acid-alkaline balance. The targeted intake of alkaline minerals can therefore be useful.
- META-CARE® Basic 3 contains the alkalising minerals potassium, magnesium and calcium, combined with the water-soluble extract of wild marjoram. Potassium and magnesium contribute significantly to the sequence of muscle tension and relaxation and are therefore particularly important for the heart muscle. Potassium also makes a valuable contribution to the maintenance of normal blood pressure and magnesium contributes to a balanced electrolyte balance. Calcium has an influence on digestive enzymes and supports normal energy metabolism, among other important functions.

- Take 3 capsules once a day unchewed after a meal with plenty of liquid
