Mode of action
- The main ingredient in Liposlim NutriTabs is the indigestible fibre polyglucosamine Biomedica. It is of natural origin and can bind large quantities of dietary fats in the digestive tract due to its very high fat-binding capacity. Liposlim NutriTabs is particularly effective against obesity caused by a high-fat diet such as fatty meat, sausage, butter, cheese, crisps, nuts, cakes or ice cream. Other food components such as sugar, carbohydrates, protein or alcohol are not bound by Liposlim NutriTabs; these calories should be reduced as they are otherwise fully available to the body.
- It is not recommended to take Liposlim NutriTabs with vitamin-rich meals (salad/vegetables) with high-quality oils or omega-3 fatty acids (salmon, etc.), as the fat-soluble vitamins and essential fatty acids can be partially bound.

How to use
- For weight loss: take 2 tablets of Liposlim NutriTabs twice daily with the two meals with the highest fat content.
- For weight control: take 1 tablet of Liposlim NutriTabs twice a day with the two meals with the highest fat content.
- Take Liposlim NutriTabs unchewed together with liquid that is as low in calories as possible (at least 250 ml) in order to achieve an optimum effect and to ensure the best possible transport of the tablets into the stomach. As Liposlim NutriTabs is a high-fibre preparation, a sufficient fluid intake of at least 2 litres a day is recommended.
- In order to stabilise weight in the long term after weight loss, Liposlim NutriTabs can continue to be used in a dosage of 1 tablet with each of the two main meals.
- A balanced, fat and calorie-conscious diet (80 g of fat per day) and physical exercise are recommended to support treatment with Liposlim NutriTabs. It is advisable to seek medical advice before making any long-term dietary changes.
- To ensure that the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K, as well as the essential fatty acids are met, we recommend only taking Liposlim NutriTabs with 2 out of 3 main meals. In addition, at least one meal a day should be consumed with high-quality oils and fats that supply the body with fat-soluble vitamins and essential fatty acids. A multivitamin preparation can also supplement vitamin requirements.
- Duration of use: Liposlim NutriTabs can be taken on a long-term basis.
- Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding: During pregnancy or while breastfeeding, obesity should not be treated or only under medical supervision. The best possible supply of nutrients is necessary for embryonic development and for the optimum supply of breast milk to the baby.
