Dosage form
How to use
- Take 2 tablets of Liporeform protect twice daily with the two meals with the highest fat content.
- Take the tablets unchewed with plenty of low-calorie liquid (at least 250 ml) to ensure transport into the stomach. As Liporeform protect is a high-fibre preparation, make sure you drink at least 2 litres of liquid a day.
- To ensure that you meet your requirements for essential fatty acids and fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K), we recommend that you only take Liporeform protect with 2 out of 3 main meals. In addition, at least one meal a day should be consumed with high-quality oils that supply the body with fat-soluble vitamins and essential fatty acids.
- Duration of use: Liporeform protect can be taken long-term.
- Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding: During pregnancy or while breastfeeding, overweight should not be treated or only under medical supervision. The best possible supply of nutrients is necessary for embryonic development and for the optimum supply of breast milk to the infant.
- Advice: If you have been diagnosed with an elevated cholesterol level, despite Liporeform protect and a better diet, you should make use of the medical check-ups to have your cholesterol levels checked regularly and discuss them with your doctor. Lipid binder with LDL cholesterol-lowering accompanying effect, for weight reduction, for weight control. Contraindications: Allergy to crustacean products; side effects: very rarely digestive problems. Please also refer to the instructions for use.

- Composition: Active dietary fibre polyglucosamine (73 %): ß-1,4-polymer of D-glucosamine and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine from crustacean shell.
- Excipients: ascorbic acid, tartaric acid, tableting aids (vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable cellulose, sodium sulphate, silicon dioxide).
