Linusit psyllium seeds consist of 100% Indian psyllium. Psyllium seeds are a plant-based swelling agent with a high fibre content.

Indian psyllium seeds are the seeds of the plantain plant Plantago ovata. They swell when liquid is added and form a transparent and elastic gel layer around the seed. The purely plant-based swelling agents from 100% Indian psyllium seeds provide important dietary fibre for digestion. Linusit® psyllium seeds are suitable for daily consumption and are well tolerated.

How to use

Consume a pre-swollen portion up to 5 times a day.
To do this, add 1 teaspoon (approx. 5g) to 100ml water. Stir well and leave to swell for at least 1 minute. Drink quickly and top up with 1-2 glasses of water.
Please ensure that you drink plenty of fluids each day. Consume the seeds unchewed if possible.
Store in a dry, cool and sealed place.
