How to use

• Take 3 x 10 drops daily for 4 to 12 weeks. For long-term needs, the dosage should be reduced to 2 to 3 x 7 drops daily for 3 to 6 months. A break of 3 to 4 weeks should then be taken.
• Before or during stressful situations, a short-term intake of 3 to 5 drops every 15 to 30 minutes may be useful.
• Take the drops pure or sublingually with a little water before or 30 minutes after eating!
• Tip: Use the spray attachment for particularly easy application. (Not included)
