Lemocin® Flurbiprofen 8.75 mg/dose spray for use in the oral cavity is an over-the-counter medicine for the short-term relief of symptoms of sore throat such as sore throat, pain, swelling and difficulty swallowing in adults aged 18 years and over.
The active ingredient is flurbiprofen. Flurbiprofen belongs to a group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). These medicines work by influencing the body's response to pain, swelling and increased temperature.
If you do not feel better or even worse after 3 days, consult your doctor.

How to use
- Adults aged 18 and over: Spray a dose of 3 sprays into the back of the throat every 3-6 hours as required. Do not use more than 5 doses (15 sprays) in a 24-hour period. One dose (3 sprays) contains 8.75 mg flurbiprofen.
- Children and adolescents: Do not use this medicine in children or adolescents under 18 years of age.
- Route of administration: For use in the oral cavity only. Only spray into the back of the throat. Do not inhale while spraying. Do not apply more than 5 doses (15 sprays) in 24 hours.
- Duration of use: Lemocin Flurbiprofen is for short-term use only. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration to relieve your symptoms. If you have an infection, consult a doctor immediately if symptoms (e.g. fever and pain) persist or worsen. Do not use this medicine for more than 3 days unless prescribed by your doctor.

- What Lemocin Flurbiprofen contains The active substance is flurbiprofen. One dose (3 sprays) contains 8.75 mg flurbiprofen. One spray contains 2.92 mg flurbiprofen. 1 ml spray for use in the oral cavity, solution contains 16.2 mg flurbiprofen.
- The other ingredients are Betadex (E 459), hydroxypropyl betadex, sodium monohydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate, citric acid (E 330), sodium hydroxide, saccharin sodium (E 954), purified water, cherry flavour (contains D-limonene, citral, eugenol, ethanol, glyceryl triacetate (E 1518), Water, propylene glycol (E 1520), ascorbic acid (E 300), alpha-tocopherol (E 307), citric acid (E 330)), mint flavour (contains D-limonene, propylene glycol (E 1520), glyceryl triacetate (E 1518), alpha-tocopherol (E 307), ethanol, pulegon, menthofuran).
