How to use
Lectranal® can be started in good time (1-2 weeks before the allergy season) and should be continued throughout the allergy season.
Recommended dosage for adults and adolescents aged 12 and over:
- Use before the start of the pollen count: 1 capsule twice daily (up to 2 weeks before)
- Use during the pollen count: 2 capsules twice a day
- Maintenance use (long-term use): 1 capsule twice a day
- The intake of Lectranal® should be started in good time, up to 2 weeks before the start of the allergy season (e.g. the pollen count) and continued throughout the entire period of symptoms.
- Lectranal® can also be taken during acute pollen counts. It is advisable to increase the intake to 2 capsules twice a day until an improvement occurs. Subsequently, the intake can be reduced to 1 capsule twice a day.
- Lectranal® is suitable as a single treatment or as an adjunct to conventional chemical anti-allergic drugs.
- Lectranal® is best taken about half an hour before or after a meal.
- Lectranal® is very well tolerated and is ideal for long-term use.
Special notes
The efficacy of Lectranal® has been proven in a double-blind clinical study. Lectranal® should be taken 7 days before the expected onset of allergy in order to reduce allergy sensitivity. Lectranal® can also be used for existing allergies - please note the increased daily dose.
Ingredients
- Two Lectranal® capsules contain: 160 mg tragacanth root extract (Astragalus membranaceus), 120 mg calcium, 40 mg vitamin C.
- Total ingredients: maltodextrin, calcium carbonate, Astragalus membranaceus, vitamin C, magnesium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent).
