The pore-refining Effaclar Supramolecular Gel is a refreshing, lightweight moisturising gel for oily skin with visible pores and blemishes. Thanks to the advanced supramolecular active ingredient delivery system – which is 18,000 times smaller than a pore and thus enhances active ingredient penetration – salicylic acid and niacinamide are intelligently combined. This tackles the root cause of excessive shine whilst visibly refining the appearance of pores.
