- 750 mg calcium from two different sources: In the form of CaCO3 (inorganically bound calcium source) and Ca-lactate gluconate (organically bound calcium source). This achieves a different rate of metabolisation; longer-lasting, higher calcium levels, more time for incorporation into the bones.
- 200 mg magnesium in the form of Mg-hydroxycarbonate. Magnesium acts as a synergist of calcium, the two minerals have a similar chemical structure and influence each other.
- 5.3 mg zinc in the form of zinc sulphate.
- 70 µg vitamin D3 (2800 IU) in the form of cholecalciferol. Vitamin D controls the calcium metabolism, among other things.

Directions
- Adults: 2 sticks daily.
- Children: 1 stick daily.
- One stick in the morning and one stick in the evening (as even an intakeas possible for improved absorption)
- Note: The Calcium Shot contains minimal traces of sucralose. It is so small that side effects are excluded and the product can also be taken without hesitation by diabetics and people with intestinal problems.
