Kijimea® FloraCare is a food supplement comprising 33 specially formulated Lactobacillus strains. Kijimea® FloraCare also contains vitamins B3, B7 and B2, which help maintain normal mucous membranes (e.g. the vaginal mucosa) . Furthermore, Kijimea® FloraCare contains vitamin B6, which helps regulate hormonal activity, as well as zinc, which contributes to normal fertility and normal reproduction.

Kijimea® FLORACARE – Modelled on the natural vaginal microbiome

  • Exceptional diversity: With 33 specifically selected Lactobacillus strains of the species L. crispatus, L. fermentum, L. gasseri, L. reuteri, L. rhamnosus, L. acidophilus, L. brevis, L. delbrueckii, L. casei, L. helveticus, L. johnsonii, L. paracasei, L. plantarum, L. sakei and L. salivarius, which occur in the natural vaginal flora.
  • High dosage: Contains at least 10 billion viable micro-organisms per capsule.
  • Helps maintain normal mucous membranes, such as the vaginal mucosa (vitamins B3, B7 and B2).
The vaginal flora is colonised by countless strains of Lactobacillus. These play a crucial protective role against potentially harmful bacteria and fungi. Due to various factors, such as hormonal changes, taking antibiotics or even excessive hygiene, the vaginal microbiome can become unbalanced.

With 33 precisely balanced Lactobacillus strains, Kijimea® FloraCare mimics the natural vaginal microbiome in its diversity and abundance. In addition, Kijimea® FloraCare contains vitamins B3 (niacin), B2 (riboflavin) and B7 (biotin), which help to maintain a healthy vaginal mucosa.

Tolerability

Kijimea® FloraCare is gluten-free, fructose-free and lactose-free, and contains no preservatives, flavourings or sweeteners. The product should not be consumed if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Directions for use
  • Adults and young people aged 12 and over: Take 1 capsule once a day, whole, with sufficient liquid, with a meal (in the morning, at lunchtime or in the evening). We recommend taking Kijimea® FloraCare for at least four weeks. There is no evidence to suggest that Kijimea® FloraCare capsules should not be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
  • Notes: A gap of 2 hours should be observed between taking this product and any medicines. Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

  • Ingredients: Microculture blend (microculture strains*, maize starch), maize starch, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; niacin, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; zinc citrate, riboflavin, colouring agent: calcium carbonate; vitamin B6, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; biotin, folic acid.
