Dosage form
How to use
- Dosage: For supplementary nutrition: 2-3 sachets (40-60 g corresponding to 20-30 g glutamine)/day for at least 5 days or as recommended by a doctor. For cancer patients: The intake should be started 3-5 days before chemotherapy or radiotherapy and continued for at least 5 days after the end of the therapy cycle or until the symptoms have subsided. Can be administered via a feeding tube.
- Contraindications: Not suitable if enteral nutrition is contraindicated or in case of intolerance to any of the ingredients contained in Kabi Glutamine. Not suitable for children < 3 years. Use with caution in children < 6 years.
- Important information: Only use under medical supervision. Not suitable for exclusive nutrition. Not for parenteral nutrition.
- Instructions for use: Store in a dry place at room temperature. Can be stirred into juices or foods such as yoghurt, apple sauce etc. Do not mix with medicines. Keep the finished drink refrigerated and use within 24 hours. Use directly if the product is mixed with food/liquids other than water.
