Directions

Adults take 1 tablet every other day with a meal. It is recommended to take the tablets a few hours before or after taking other medicines or food supplements.
The amount of iron contained may pose a serious risk to children's health. Store at 15 - 25 °C and out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Ingredients

One tablet contains: Iron (ferrous gluconate) 35 mg, 250 % NRV - reference quantity according to EU Regulation No. 1169/2011

Other ingredients: Cellulose (carrier), soluble cellulose (filler), sorbitol (humectant), vegetable magnesium stearate (coating).
