Jamieson Omega-3 Select mini capsules are a food supplement with essential fatty acids from sardines, mackerel, herring and anchovies in easy to swallow mini soft capsules.

DHA contributes to proper brain function and a good face. EPA and DHA support normal heart function (a positive effect is seen with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA).

Directions

Adults: Take 1 to 4 capsules daily with plenty of liquid.

Ingredients

One capsule contains: fish oil (from anchovies, sardines, herring and mackerel) 500 mg, omega-3 fatty acids 300 mg of which: eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 180 mg docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 120 mg.
Further ingredients: Gelatine (gelling agent), glycerol (emulsifier).
