Complex of unsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E, obtained from fresh, clean, cold-pressed flax, borage and fish oil. Alpha-linolenic acid and linoleic acid contribute to the maintenance of correct blood cholesterol levels. DHA contributes to the proper functioning of the brain and good vision. EPA and DHA promote optimal heart function. Replacing saturated fatty acids with unsaturated fatty acids in the diet contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. Oleic acid is an unsaturated fatty acid. Vitamin E protects cells from oxidative stress. The positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA, 10 g LA and 2 g ALA.

Directions

Adults take 2 capsules daily with meals.
Store at 15-25 ° C and out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. The best before date is stated on the packaging.
