Directions
- Adults take 1 tablet once a day with a meal and plenty of liquid. Take the daily dose 2 hours before or after other supplements or medication.
- Advice: Not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Consult a doctor. If you are taking the blood thinning remedy, consult a doctor.
