Directions

Adults take 1 tablet daily.
Not suitable for children. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should discuss taking the preparation with a doctor. Digestive problems (e.g. diarrhoea) may occur. Store at 15-25 °C and out of the reach of children.

Ingredients

One tablet contains: Magnesium (aspartate, glycerophosphate, malate, oxide, glycinate) 500 mg (133.3 % NRV*), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 12.5 μg/500 IU (250 % NRV*)

Further ingredients: Cellulose (carrier), vegetable stearic acid and hydroxypropyl cellulose (coating), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), modified cellulose gum (carrier), soluble cellulose; titanium dioxide (colouring).
