Hylo-Vision® HD Plus is a sterile and slightly viscous wetting agent in a multi-dose container. Hylo-Vision® HD Plus contains hyaluronic acid and allantoin and is used for improved and long-lasting moisturisation of the ocular surface. Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance that also occurs in the structures of the human eye and in the tear film and is therefore particularly well tolerated. It is characterised by a high water-binding capacity, adheres well to the surface of the eye (mucoadhesive properties) and is viscoelastic.

Hylo-Vision® HD Plus therefore moisturises, moistens and protects the surface of the eye and ensures an even, stable and long-lasting film of moisture on the surface of the eye. Allantoin is a plant-based active ingredient that is extracted from the comfrey plant, for example. Allantoin has a physical soothing and nourishing effect and, in combination with hyaluronic acid, helps to retain moisture. Hylo-Vision® HD Plus is very suitable for relieving feelings of dryness, irritation and mild irritation. It supports cell regeneration as a soothing moisturiser.

Polyhexanide, which is contained in Hylo-Vision® HD Plus, is a gentle preservative which, thanks to its antimicrobial properties, provides very effective protection against contamination of the solution and is also very well tolerated.

Hylo-Vision® HD Plus is well suited for wetting contact lenses. This significantly improves the wearing comfort of contact lenses.

Hylo-Vision® HD Plus can be used for the following indications:

To relieve feelings of dryness and mild irritation that cannot be classified as pathological due to environmental disorders of the eye such as burning, fatigue, prolonged work in front of a screen or wearing contact lenses.
Supports cell regeneration as a soothing moisturiser.

How to use

For external use only.

Wash hands carefully and dry. To open, turn the screw cap anti-clockwise until the safety ring is broken. Please remove the safety ring after opening the bottle for the first time.
Hold the bottle with the opening facing downwards and instil one to two drops per eye into the conjunctival sac. The solution is distributed by blinking and forms a transparent layer of liquid on the surface of the eye.
Close the bottle with the cap after use. Alternatively, if the drops are used in conjunction with contact lenses, apply one to two drops to each contact lens before inserting them into your eyes instead of placing the drops directly into your eyes.

Hylo-Vision® HD Plus can also be dripped while wearing contact lenses.

Ingredients

Sodium hyaluronate (0.20 %), allantoin, polyhexanide (PHMB, 0.00015 %), sodium edetate (EDTA), sodium chloride, isotonic phosphate buffer, purified water.
