The use of leek, cabbage and sugar is deliberately avoided during production. This delicious basic seasoning is also free from chemical colourings and preservatives. Hildegard seasoning is ideal as a base for soups, sauces, meat and vegetable dishes and as a condiment. Contains an extra portion of galangal for a healthy spiciness.
