- Hemp oil: Hemp oil contains omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Hemp oil has a pleasant taste and can have a positive effect on the body. The energising effect attributed to the oil is felt in the mouth and throat.
- Turmeric: In Asia, turmeric has been known for thousands of years for its beneficial properties in dental and oral hygiene, which is why it is also included in our toothpaste.
- Algae calcium: (CAS Calcified Atlantic Seaweed®) The finest crystals extracted from red algae gently and naturally support your bright, white smile. The calcium-rich seaweed is harvested in the Atlantic, dried and brought ashore (in Germany), and refined using a patented process. This produces the finest crystals, which ensure natural cleaning of the teeth, free from microplastics and nanoparticles.
- Coconut oil: Coconut oil is said to counteract tooth discolouration and have an antibacterial effect. The lauric acid it contains can also help prevent bad breath, bleeding gums and tooth decay.
- Activated charcoal: The activated charcoal contained in our product – optimised through a special process – ensures gentler cleaning of the teeth. Charcoal has been used for dental and oral hygiene for thousands of years. That is why it is also included in our toothpaste.
- Xylitol ( birch sugar): The xylitol we use is extracted enzymatically from Finnish tree bark. Xylitol has antimicrobial properties, maintains the acid-base balance in the mouth and thereby inhibits bacterial growth. Gum problems are mainly caused by bacteria, which thrive in acidic saliva – a condition exacerbated by sweets.
- Clove oil: The eugenol contained in cloves is known for its pain-relieving effect. It is therefore also used in dentistry. Chewing cloves is also an old home remedy recommended for toothache to tide you over until you can see the dentist.
- Mint & Spearmint: Natural mint and spearmint ensure fresh breath and long-lasting freshness.
