How to use

Unless otherwise recommended by your naturopath or Bach Flower Counsellor, the usual dosage for Hornbeam Bach Flower Drops is as follows: Add 2 drops of Hornbeam essence to a glass of still water and sip throughout the day. Alternatively, you can make yourself a bottle by adding 2 Hornbeam drops to a 30 ml pipette bottle of water. Drizzle 4 drops onto the tongue 4 times a day.
