Pumpkin seeds have always been used as a remedy for prostate problems. Pumpkin seed extract can also be used to treat bladder dysfunction and urinary problems. The ingredients are phytosterols, vitamin E, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin C and vitamin D. Vitamin E helps to protect the cells from oxidative stress.
