Vitamin K is a collective term: while vitamin K1 (phylloquinone) is mainly found in plant sources, vitamin K2 (menaquinone) is mainly found in animal sources. Vitamin K2 is mainly found in the intestinal flora, where it is produced by bacteria. From the intestine it first reaches the liver, where it is then immediately passed on to different areas of the body to activate transport proteins, which in turn promote the protection of tissue, bones and organs, muscle building and the optimisation of metabolic processes. In addition to high-quality vitamin K2, Vitamin K2 Plus GPH capsules also contain calcium, boron and vitamin D3, which have an additional positive effect on bone health. The presence of calcium and boron in the form of chelates further increases bioavailability

- Ingredients: Calcium bisglycinate (calcium bisglycinate, calcium carbonate, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide); vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7™, gum arabic, sugar, ascorbyl palmitate, polysorbate 80, sorbitan monopalmitate); bororganic glycine (boric acid, glycine, microcrystalline cellulose); colecalciferol (mannitol, vitamin D3), capsule shell: Cellulose; colouring in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide.
